Join us in the pool for water aerobics class to get your heart pumping and your body moving! Underwater steps and water dumbbells provide extra cardiovascular and muscle strengthening benefits and zero to very low impact on joints due to the waters viscosity and resistance. This easy to follow class provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere in the shallow end of the lap pool. If possible, wear supportive water shoes and join our fun group! All fitness levels and walks of life are welcome.

Splash your way into shape low impact with invigorating aquatic exercise. This class aims at cardiovascular endurance, strengthening and toning muscles and improving coordination through the use of functional moves. A great way to get in shape and feel good.
