Water aerobics is the perfect answer to your fitness needs because it is adaptable to all personal conditions, illnesses, injuries and post rehab surgery. You can target specific body areas to exercise or combine several movements into a complete head-to-toe activity. Water aerobics are a proven way to increase your metabolism, burn calories, build, tone and strengthen muscles, improving balance, coordination and range of motion — all with pain-free, low impact movements. Non-swimmers and swimmers can perform water exercises because you choose your water depth. Friendly and non-judgmental environment. AQUA STEP (cancelled until further notice)
Join us in the pool for water aerobics class to get your heart pumping and your body moving! Underwater steps and water dumbbells provide extra cardiovascular and muscle strengthening benefits and zero to very low impact on joints due to the waters viscosity and resistance. This easy to follow class provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere in the shallow end of the lap pool. If possible, wear supportive water shoes and join our fun group! All fitness levels and walks of life are welcome.

DEEP WATER WORKOUT
This class will be held in the diving well of the pool and provides a no- impact but challenging cardio vascular workout. Participants will use flotation belts and styrophne barbells to perform a variety of motions including, walking, running, core work, and toning exercises, is designed to burn fat, tone muscles and increase cardiovascular fitness as well as range of motion with zero joint impact.
Regardless of your age, size or fitness level you can achieve noticeable results.
No swimming skills are needed, however a comfort in deep water is a must.
