Marcia's Studio offers a variety of classes including Strong by Zumba, Country Line Dancing and Core & More just to name a few. Classes are held at different times of day throughout the week to accommodate even the busiest schedule. Prices are based on a monthly schedule so you can enjoy any class any day of the week as often as you like. Located on Washington Street near downtown Shawano. Marcia's Studio is a comfortable and fun place to exercise with easy parking. The studio has been recently renovated with new wood floors so please bring an extra pair of shoes to wear at the studio.

At the end great segment of abs and Back ...proper stretch at the end ...anyone can follow this workout and feel great afterwords.

STABILITY BALL WORKOUT
45 minutes of low impact, high intensity workout. Working on boat stabilization and core strength as well as lower back. All fitness levels.
