I am a certified personal trainer and will tailor a workout plan with your needs and abilities as my first priority. 1 on 1 sessions are not only for the experienced athlete. I am experienced at working with clients at all skill levels. I can also help work along with a physical therapist to strengthen after an injury with doctors permission.
